Google is set to unveil its next Pixel hardware lineup at the Made by Google 2026 event on August 12, with the Pixel 11 series expected to be the main announcement.
The official Google Store teaser already lists “Google Pixel 11,” says pre-orders begin August 12, and points users to a livestream for the next generation of Pixel devices. It also teases the Google Pixel Watch 5, making the smartwatch one of the clearest products expected at the event.
The event will take place in New York at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT. For viewers in the Philippines, that is 6 a.m. on August 13.
Pixel 11 Series Expected to Lead the Event
Google is expected to announce four new phones: Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro, Pixel 11 Pro XL, and Pixel 11 Pro Fold.
The design may not be a major departure from last year’s Pixel 10 lineup. Recent reports suggest Google is focusing more on AI features, camera tools, software improvements, and a new rear lighting feature than on a dramatic hardware redesign.
That light feature has become one of the more talked-about Pixel 11 rumors. It has been referred to in reports as “HiLight” or “Pixel Glow,” and appears to sit around or near the camera bar. Google has shown a glowy light in teasers, but it has not fully explained what the feature will do.

The Pixel Watch 5 is also expected to appear at Made by Google 2026.
Leaked marketing images suggest the watch may keep a familiar round design while adding Gemini-related features, smart alarms, and health-tracking updates. T3 reported that the leaked images point to a design that looks close to the Pixel Watch 4, with AI features and possible sleep-based smart alarm support among the expected additions.
The Verge also reported that Google has already teased the Pixel Watch 5 for the August 12 launch, while leaks suggest the watch may arrive in 41mm and 45mm sizes.
Google May Reveal Pixel Tag
Another rumored product is Pixel Tag, an item tracker that could compete with Apple’s AirTag.
The device has not been officially confirmed, but reports say Google may use the event to introduce a tracker connected to its Find Hub network. Tom’s Guide reported that Pixel Tag is expected to work with Google’s item-finding system for bags, keys, and other personal items.
If Pixel Tag appears, it would help Google fill a missing piece in the Pixel ecosystem. Google already sells phones, watches, earbuds, tablets, and smart home products. A tracker would make the ecosystem feel more complete for Android users.

The real story is AI.
