The screenshots reportedly show early One UI 9.5 interface changes, including a redesigned Samsung Finder bar, a Google Search-style home screen bar, and a new App Mirroring option.
One UI 9.5 Leak Shows New Galaxy Search Changes
According to the report, Samsung is testing a refreshed Google Search bar and Finder layout in One UI 9.5.
The Google Search bar reportedly appears on the home screen, while Samsung Finder is shown with a fuller, Google Search-inspired design. The change suggests Samsung may want search to feel more direct and easier to access across Galaxy devices.
Samsung already introduced deeper search changes in One UI 9, with reports pointing to more home screen search options. One UI 9.5 appears to build on that direction by polishing the way Search and Finder appear on the screen.
Samsung Finder Gets a Cleaner Look

How App Mirroring Compares to Link to Windows
The leaked feature is not completely new in concept.
Samsung already supports phone mirroring through Link to Windows and Microsoft Phone Link. Samsung’s support page says Galaxy users can mirror a phone screen to a Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC, view notifications, transfer files, and respond to messages and calls through Phone Link.
Microsoft also says Phone Link lets Android users access messages, photos, apps, calls, and notifications from a Windows PC.
That means One UI 9.5 App Mirroring may be Samsung’s own ecosystem-focused version of an existing phone-to-PC experience. The difference could be tighter Samsung Account integration and a more native experience for Galaxy phones and Galaxy Book laptops.
One UI 9.5 Still Has Not Been Announced
Samsung has not officially announced One UI 9.5 or confirmed the leaked Search, Finder, and App Mirroring features.
The company’s official One UI 9 beta announcement focused on the Galaxy S26 series. Samsung said One UI 9 beta is built on Android 17 and includes expanded creative tools, customization options, accessibility updates, and stronger protection against security threats.
